Return Policy

All sale items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any discounted or clearance relics.

We accept returns on all non-sale items within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in its original condition.

Original condition means the miniature, terrain piece, or dice set is unused, unbroken, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

Email us with your order number and the item you wish to return. A guild artisan will reply within two business days with return instructions and the workshop address.

Please pack the item securely to prevent damage in transit. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged on the return journey.

Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund is issued to your original payment method within five business days.

If your relic arrives damaged or defective, contact us within seven days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.
